Hello and good morning ladies !. Just wanted to come in and say Hi and introduce myself. I am Jennifer. I am a stay at home mom to Dustin, who is 10. I live in Ga with him and my dh Daniel. We've been married for almost 16 years. He works for our county. I enjoy cooking, doing Paint Shop on the computer. I also like to listen to country, 70's and 80's music. Thanks for letting me join your group !.

I am a unofficial stay at home mom, looking to do work from home in order to stay out of debt. I have been unable to find a job that pays enough money for me to even leave my house. Between daycare and gas expenses, it's almost cheaper for me to stay at home, however, you need money to live.
I would love to work from home and have been formulating ideas for a private baking business called "Just Enough Bakery." My business is based on portion size and nutrition. All of my baked goods are created in healthy portions so there is no guilt with enjoying your favorite treats daily. I include ingredients that are easily digested by the body and have a low glycemic index. to avoid sugar crashing. My product is not only nourishing, but Just Enough so that baked good binging is hard to come by. I also offer baked goods that are made according to ones nutritional needs (diabetic, celiac, gluten free, etc.) Is any one else in this situation? What are you doing to get by each day? |

I happened upon this post and I think it is really interesting especially to me.
Having struggled to find a healthy solution to a daily issue in our house, (personally I think that both soda and juice have way too much sugar, both have the same, check the labels), my husband and I are hoping to embark on an adventure.. starting up a healthy what we like to call "lightly carbonated pure fruit Juice". Half sugar, all the goodness, and I won't have to fight my son to drink it! We are targeting kindergarten and up, but would love to hear what people think, either on this group or we would LOVE to have you fill out a survey (we haven't started so there is no sell) I happened upon this post and I think it is really interesting especially to me.
