A read a lot of books in the self-help genre and there is a new book out that I wanted to recommend. It's called, "The Mother Factor" published by Prometheus books. The book identifies five key types of Mothering Styles: the Perfectionist Mother, the Unpredictable Mother, the Me First Mother, the Best Friend Mother and the Complete Mother and talks about the impact of each style on our lives and relationships.
